It depends. You can only earn creator tokens once per video, however, for the XNC channel and others that may be disclosed later, you can rewatch and earn once per day. In that case, you can watch a video today and it will be ISSUED, then tomorrow you can re-watch the same video and it will also be processed. In any case, you cannot watch the same video more than once in a single day.
